We specialise in personal injury, compensation and related litigation for Victorian Government clients. WorkSafe Victoria remains our largest and longest-standing client, and today we also act for other government departments, agencies and statutory authorities, including the TAC, Victoria Police and the Department of Transport and Planning.
We are proud to be part of the systems that support Victorians who are injured at work, on the road and in other circumstances.
We do not act for plaintiffs. Our role is to help government clients ensure claims are assessed fairly, legislation is applied properly and public funds are used responsibly. That is an important part of the checks and balances that support access to justice and the long-term sustainability of these schemes.
